A team of doctors and nurses from Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck boarded their flight as caregivers to help a community in the Dominican Republic.

Over the course of their trip, the medical team performed 24 procedures and cared for 84 patients. The focus of their efforts centered on individuals living with disabilities and birth defects.

This is part of a continuing commitment by Holy Name Hospital to bring medical care to underserved communities around the world.
