Whale spotted in New York Harbor; boaters told to use caution
The Coast Guard says it has received reports of a whale near the Statue of Liberty. Petty Officer Frank Iannazzo-Simmons says that the whale was spotted Thursday near Liberty Island in New York Harbor.
