Clouds will begin to thin out overnight, causing temperatures to drop. News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Michele Powers says the clouds will begin to collect during the day tomorrow ahead of another storm system. Powers says rain tomorrow holds off until the evening hours. With temperatures that will be near freezing in our northwest counties, there is a risk of a brief period of mixed precipitation, including some wet snow at the onset. Temperatures are expected to warm through the night and the precipitation should change over to plain rain. Powers says most of the state will see rain overnight and into Thursday morning.
