Tuesday is expected to be cloudy with periods of light rain. News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says winds will be 5-10 miles per hour. Curren says showers will become steadier and heavier Tuesday afternoon, so keep the umbrellas handy.
Curren says it looks like we have a few ugly commuting days ahead of us, weather-wise.
