Jersey Proud: ShopRite helps bag hunger across North Jersey

There was a little extra help at the Wallington ShopRite checkout this week as first responders and town officials pitched in to bag groceries for shoppers.
The effort was part of Help Bag Hunger Day, a program that raises donations for local families facing food insecurity.
Shoppers at ShopRite locations across North Jersey were also encouraged to make donations to support their communities.
