Weather Update: Chilly with gusty winds
Tomorrow is expected to start out cold and remain chilly for the rest of the day. News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Michele Powers says New Jerseyans will be lucky to see 40 degree temperatures.
Powers says the clouds will collect and there's a slight risk of a shower on Friday.
