Skies have mostly cleared across the state after a morning of scattered rain showers.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says Tuesday saw very warm temperatures with a high UV index. Beachgoers were urged to use their sunscreen. Temperatures reached 90 degrees in some areas of the state.
Tuesday's overnight hours are expected to see temperatures cool into the mid-60s with clear skies. Humidity is expected to be low.
Wednesday should see mostly clear skies with temperatures reaching the mid-80s. Temperatures may cool into the 60s for the overnight hours.
Thursday and Friday are also looking to see mostly sunny skies with temperatures in the 80s.
