Skies are expected to remain mostly clear in New Jersey for the rest of Friday, but rain is expected to return for the weekend.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says most of the state saw temperatures in the high 70s and low 80s Friday. The overnight hours are expected to see temperatures cool into the low 60s.
Saturday is expected to start off mostly clear, but clouds and rain showers are expected to develop during the evening. The rain could last through the night into Sunday.
Sunday morning should see the rain continuing, before clearing up by the late morning or afternoon. Temperatures this weekend should see highs into the 70s and lows around 60 degrees.
The weather is expected to clear up by Monday and should see seasonable temperatures.
