A hotly contested state assembly race in the
8th District is still "too close" to call, officials say.
Democrat Andrea Katz and Republican Brandon Umba are in a dead heat.
The Associated Press shows Katz with just 27 votes over Umba.
That race won't be called until any potential recounts are done.
