Jersey Buzz: Village People coming to New Jersey; Summer Solstice Music Festival celebration in Haddon Township 

In Thursday’s Buzz, fans will have the chance to bop out to all their favorite Village People songs. And Haddon Township will hold a Summer Solstice Music Festival this summer.

One of the most iconic music groups in the world, the Village People, are coming to the Garden State. Fans will have a chance to bop out to all their favorites like “Y.M.C.A.,” “Macho Man,” “Go West,” “In the Navy,” and more. The disco group will perform Friday, May 19 at the Bergen Performing Arts Center in Englewood. Tickets start at $39. 
And mark your calendars for Haddon Township's Summer Solstice Music Festival returning on Friday, June 23 from 4 to 10 p.m. The event will take place along Haddon Avenue between Strawbridge Avenue and Cooper Street. Live music, food trucks, a beer garden, kid zone and much more will be included. The festival is free and open to everyone.
