? Family members of a Trenton girl who was shot in the face confronted the alleged shooters in court Wednesday with the mayor at their side.
Mayor Douglas Palmer (D-Trenton) asked the court to increase bail for the suspects. Authorities claim Terrence Howell and Shaheem Brown are gang members who were aiming at other gang members when they shot 8-year-old Tajahnique Lee in the face Friday. The girl?s family credit quick police work with bringing the suspects to justice.
The judge increased bail from $250,000 to $350,000 for the suspects following the hearing.
