Nearly two dozen children were injured Monday after two school buses collided in Monroe Township.
The incident occurred at a bus stop on Buckelew Avenue. The buses were taking the children, ranging in age from 5 to 12, to the Barclay Brook and Brookside schools. Witnesses say one bus rear-ended the other bus.
The school superintendent says 22 of the 63 students involved were taken to hospitals with minor injuries.
