Two people were taken to the hospital after a fire broke out early Thursday morning at a two-family home on Lynwood Avenue in Hamilton Township.

The fire caused significant damage to the back of the structure, affecting both 259 and 261 Lynwood Ave.
A woman and a younger girl were transported to a local hospital. The victims may be mother and daughter, but their relationship is not confirmed, and their conditions are unknown.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
