Thunderstorms move across New Jersey; flooding possible in parts of the state
Thunderstorms are moving across New Jersey Wednesday, creating the potential for flooding in parts of the state.
The National Weather Service has issued severe thunderstorm and flash flood warnings ahead of the storms.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that the slow-moving storms will produce lots of rain. Strong winds may also be an issue due to the weather.
The storms are expected to last through the afternoon and evening hours.
Thursday is expected to see temperatures in the high-70s to low-80s, with mostly cloudy skies. There will also be the chance for a thunderstorm.
Friday will see mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will be in the low-80s. The chance for a thunderstorm remains.
