The Garden State has seen its share of torrential downpours and flooding in the last couples of weeks.
Diane Concannon, of the American Red Cross, warns residents to be "Red Cross ready" and suggests having a bag ready to go with important papers or copies. She also says to follow evacuation orders, if there are any.
