Thunderbolt 12: Heavy flooding impacting local New Jersey businesses

Thursday’s rain has slowed down. But in some areas of New Jersey, the damage has already been done.
News 12 New Jersey's Isabel Litterst visited Hackensack where substantial flooding is on Essex Street. And for local business owners, flooding is more than just an inconvenience. It also means a loss of revenue.
Carl Mancini has been a warehouse manager at Norben Imports for 24 years. And he says been dealing with flooding for 24 years.
Mancini says he would like to see the city help with flooding issues in some way, even if it means compensating the businesses impacted by the insufficient infrastructure.
News 12 reached out to the city and is waiting to hear if they have any plans to support businesses in flood zones.
