come out with a list of the Top 10 Best Places to Live in New Jersey after
polling its local real estate experts for insight into the hottest towns in the
current real estate market.
Westfield topped the list,
followed by Montclair and Wyckoff.
Coldwell Banker Realty says
amid the coronavirus pandemic, the New Jersey suburbs have become more popular
due to a surge of buyers from New York City wanting larger homes and more
space.
The
rest of the list includes Manalapan,
Closter, Clinton, Madison, Sparta, Bridgewater, and Princeton.
