The Real Deal: Looking for seasonal work? These Connecticut industries have extra holiday jobs
The holidays can not only be a stress on you mentally but also your wallet. Numbers show that people are working more hours to make up for it. And some people are picking up additional jobs for some extra cash.
News 12's Alexa Farrell has the Real Deal on an industry that is doing big business in Connecticut.
The United States Postal Service has brought 36 seasonal employees in Connecticut to help with the holiday rush. And FedEx hired additional workers in the state for the surplus of packages being shipped during the holidays. These job wages can range from $20 to $30 an hour.
