Temps warm up this week, tracking possibility of rain Thursday

New Jersey will start to see warmer temperatures this week, with the possibility of conditions reaching near 80 degrees by the end of the week.
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Lauren Due says that she is also tracking the possibility of rain for Thursday evening.
Some rain is expected during Monday’s overnight hours going into Tuesday morning. Overnight lows will be around 48 degrees.
Tuesday will start off a bit rainy, followed by mostly sunny skies. Daytime highs will warm into the low-70s. Tuesday night will see clear to partly cloudy skies, with overnight lows around 46 degrees.
Wednesday will see mostly cloudy skies with daytime highs around 72 degrees. Overnight lows will again be in the upper-40s.
Due says that Thursday morning will start off mild, with temperatures in the upper-50s and low-60s. But temperatures could warm into the upper-70s and low-80s by the afternoon. Due is also tracking some storms for Thursday night. She says that thunder and lightning are a possibility.
Friday and Saturday are expected to be pleasant, with temperatures in the upper-60s.
