A 20-year-old from Jackson is under arrest after police say a 16-year-old was thrown from the top of his car and run over while he was drunk behind the wheel.
Police say Ronald Adams Jr. was driving drunk Friday night in the woods off West Veterans Highway. He was reportedly doing donuts with his car while the 16-year-old was on top of the Chevy Blazer.
Police say the 16-year-old was also drunk.
He sustained several broken ribs and other injuries.
