Gov. Phil Murphy's multiphase reopening plan continues today throughout New Jersey, with summer camps and in-person summer schools back open with restrictions.

Camp leaders are required to screen campers for coronavirus symptoms, increase sanitation practices, staff must use masks and children are required to wear them when they cannot maintain six feet of social distancing.

Many camps across the country are still seeing a decline in participants.

At Allaire Country Day Summer Camp, their participant numbers have been nearly cut in half compared to the same time last year.

Also happening today, New Jersey schools can resume outdoor graduation ceremonies with a maximum of 500 people.
