NJ Transit resumes services on some lines, others remain temporarily suspended

NJ Transit says service on the Northeast Corridor, Main-Bergen Line, Pascack Valley Line, and Raritan Valley Line has resumed and will operate into Thursday on a weekend schedule.

NJ Transit says service on the Northeast Corridor, Main-Bergen Line, Pascack Valley Line, and Raritan Valley Line has resumed and will operate into Thursday on a weekend schedule.
The Atlantic City Rail Line service will also resume with regular weekday service.
Morris & Essex, Gladstone, Montclair-Boonton, North Jersey Coast Line, and Port Jervis rail lines will remain temporarily suspended. These lines will resume service on a weekend schedule once the repairs are complete and tracks are inspected.
Bus, light rail and Access Link services will all operate on a regular weekday schedule.
Rail ticket and passes will be cross-honored with PATH at Newark Penn Station, Hoboken, and 33 Street, NJ Transit light rail, bus and private carriers.
Crews will continue to work to repair the extensive damage to signal systems and overhead wires caused by the storm’s strong winds, which also toppled numerous trees throughout the state.
