Long lines formed outside of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission office in Somerville, despite heavy rain from Tropical Storm Fay.
Dozens of people were spotted with umbrellas or seeking shelter under the overhang while they waited to get into the office to take care of their business.
Long lines have been forming outside of the MVC offices across the state ever since the offices reopened earlier this week after being closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Customers complained about having to wait for hours before they were able to get in, with some even camping out overnight.
