And this week, Gov. Phil Murphy announced his plan to bring about what he calls "a complete transformation" of the state's energy policy: more clean energy to fight climate change. Jeff Tittel from the New Jersey Chapter of the Sierra Club, and Ray Cantor, vice president of government affairs at the New Jersey Business and Industry Association, discuss what they like and dislike about the governor's energy master plan.
