Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Michele Powers says the threat of strong storms returns on Sunday. More warm and humid weather with storms by late Sunday morning and through the early evening.
TONIGHT: Uncomfortable mugginess lingers overnight. Mostly cloudy night sky. Calmer winds. Lows near 73.
SUNDAY: Similar scenario to Saturday. Showers arrive earlier, around 11 a.m. in southern Jersey. Moderate rain, gusty storms shape in by 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., moving northeast and lasting through 5 p.m. Another push of rain is possible in the evening. Highs near 83. Lows near 71.
MONDAY: Partial sunshine, more clouds with rain and storms. Slightly cooler temperatures near 80-82. Lows near 68.
