WHAT'S NEW: For the first official weekend of spring, a mild day with a stray shower or two turns into cold conditions for Sunday. Overnight temperatures drop below freezing and wind chill values keep temps feeling like the upper 30s most of the day.
WHAT'S NEXT: A storm will pass through Monday morning bringing steady light to moderate rain all through the morning commute and into the early evening hours. Totals are less than or about an inch, but slowdowns are still possible during the morning commute with low visibility and wet roads.
OVERNIGHT: A stray shower passing by with a cold front. Temperatures drop overnight to below freezing for most of the island. Lows near 31.
SUNDAY: Bitter temperatures overnight remain pretty chilly early. Clear skies, but it will still feel a bit colder than it is with the wind chill. Highs near 47. Lows near 35.
MONDAY: Steady rain through the morning commute. It can be moderate to heavy rain at times. Totals are less than or about an inch so flooding is not a major concern, but travel will be a bit slow in the morning with wet roads and reduced visibility. Highs near 54. Lows near 40.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and mild. Highs near 54. Lows near 38.
