State police identify teen killed after pontoon boat strikes marker, flips in Barnegat Bay

State police say the teen who died over the weekend when a pontoon boat struck a marker in Barnegat Bay has been identified as 19-year-old Corey Molinari.

State police say the teen who died over the weekend when a pontoon boat struck a marker in Barnegat Bay has been identified as 19-year-old Corey Molinari.
The incident happened Sunday around 1:30 a.m. near the Route 37 bridge.
According to state police, five people were on board. The other four suffered injuries that are not life-threatening. State police say the boat struck a marker near the bridge and flipped.
State police say the teen was airlifted to a hospital, and later pronounced dead.
Molinari attended Seton Hall, and was going to be a sophomore in the fall. Masses on campus this week will remember him.
