The New Jersey Office of the Attorney General announced the filing of lawsuits against two licensed firearms retailers.
Attorney General Matt Platkin claims that Butch’s Gun World in Vineland and Point Black Guns and Ammo LLC in East Hanover sold large amounts of gun ammunition and other related products to undercover investigators without checking to see if they had legal documentation.
Both stores are accused of selling a 1,000-round case of AR-15 rifle ammunition for cash to first-time customers.
