Harlem-born, Paterson-raised singer We Ani joined Della Crews this week on Spotlight New Jersey to discuss her singing triumphs and her book, "The Little Girl with the Big Voice."
She was a finalist on "American Idol" eariler this year and recently opened for Monica at the NJPAC. She talked about what it was like to grow up in New Jersey, her experiences on The Voice, American Idol and at the Apollo, and treated the News 12 staff and viewers to a live performance.
