Hundreds of people took part in the annual Tour de South Brunswick Sunday morning, despite the cool temperature and drizzle to support their school district.
The Tour de South Brunswick includes a series of three different rides to help raise money for a foundation that offers grants to the physical education department of township schools.
The rides started at South Brunswick High School. The event consisted of a 25-mile ride, a 10-mile ride and a short 4-mile ride for parents and their children.
The bike ride started in 2011 with just 30 people. This year, more than 700 people pre-registered for the event.
