yesterdaySouth Amboy will be getting $6 million from the federal government to build a floating dock system for the city’s new ferry terminal.
The terminal is expected to be completed by 2025.
A temporary dock has been installed for riders traveling to Midtown and downtown Manhattan.
This temporary dock started operating at the end of October.
