Great beach and pool weather on this summer Friday! There will be just a few scattered rain chances this weekend - mostly Sunday.
If you have been hoping for a more comfortable summer feel, it is here! However, it won't stay this nice feeling for long. The humidity will gradually increase tomorrow. While there can be a passing light rain shower tomorrow, most of Saturday is dry. The better off and on rain chance arrives on Sunday, but it will be a day to still keep the outdoor plans. An isolated thunderstorm cannot be ruled out any time on Sunday, too.
If you are heading to any of our amazing local beaches, please always remember to swim where there is a lifeguard. The rip current risk is moderate today and the ocean will still be a bit choppy with two-to-four-foot waves. If you are doing anything outdoors, use the sunscreen! The UV index remains very high at a nine today.
