An 18-year-old senior at Williamstown High School is suing in federal court so can he return to school. The student, identified in court papers as JK, got in trouble Thursday for a drawing that showed a stick figure being shot by another stick figure. Officials at the school told him he was barred from the school until he passed a mental exam.He claims he showed his teacher the drawing last Tuesday and said it was not finished yet. JK claims he was going to show the victim either deflecting or destroying the bullet. Two days later, he claims the school's vice principal told him he wasn't suspended or expelled but was not welcome until he passed a mental exam.
