Gutierrez-Scaccetti said that during the storm several trains became stuck. She says that the passengers on those trains were safely removed once the floodwater receded.
Access Link and Light Rail are up and running with some modifications.
Gutierrez-Scaccetti also said that while NJ Transit bus service is running, there will be some delays due to the roads that are closed due to flooding.
