Teams flocked to play in 14th annual Roxbury PBA Cops Care Wiffle Tournament to raise money for a little girl with cancer.
Fifty teams came to the field to raise funds for the treatments of 12-year-old Madeline Holloway.
Holloway was diagnosed with osteogenic sarcoma - a type of cancer that forms in bones. She is undergoing treatment that will last for at least nine months.
Tournament organizer Brian Feeney says putting together the event is the least they can do for her.
"She's a wonderful young lady,” Feeney says. “She's the first person to help you out. She always has a smile."
Over the years, the tournament has donated more than $164,000 to families with children battling cancer.
Feeney says every penny raised is going to Holloway and her family says that will be a “huge help.”
