Rockaway Township officer accused of sexually assaulting 2 teens released from jail

<p>A Rockaway Township police officer accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls was released from jail. Wilfredo Guzman appeared before a Morris County judge via video Monday. He did not enter a plea for the alleged crimes.</p>
