Robert Cohan, of East Rockaway, pleads not guilty to allegedly scamming 2 elderly twins

An East Rockaway man pleaded not guilty today to charges that he scammed two elderly twins out of thousands of dollars. Police say Robert Cohan, 26, is an unlicensed contractor who was hired by 89-year-old
