A man from Rhode Island has been ordered to stay in jail after being accused of sending sexual photos and videos to an 11-year-old girl in New Jersey, United States Attorney Zachary Cunha announced.

Court documents show Jeffrey Locke Slinn, 42, used online accounts to talk to numerous underage girls for months.

Slinn allegedly engaged in a series of sexually explicit online communications with an 11-year-old girl in New Jersey beginning in July. He also allegedly attempted to entice her to engage in sexual conduct and exchanged sexually explicit images and videos with her.

Slinn was arrested on Oct. 26. It's unclear when he next appears in court.
