Resources available for people in North Haledon affected by water main break

It's now Day 7 for people affected by a water main break in Paterson, including the surrounding communities, like North Haledon.

Officials say they cannot yet provide a timeline for "normal operating conditions."
Some customers of the Manchester Utility Authority might soon see increased water pressure, but they’re being asked to conserve water to help the system return to its normal state.
RELATED: Day 6 of water main break issues in Paterson, North Haledon, Haledon & Prospect Park Water is being made available to North Haledon residents from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Department of Public Works.
Showers are available next to police headquarters adjacent to Recreation Field #5, with access from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Four portable bathrooms are also available at Recreation Field near the children's playground.
In Paterson, the source of the water main break, the goal is for most residents to have their water restored by this evening, according to Passaic Valley Water Commission. However, it is still advised for them to boil their water first.
