Reports from Philadelphia say police will soon release police body camera footage of a police officer punching a woman in handcuffs on a beach in Wildwood.
The video from Saturday appears to show a woman kicking at officers.
She is then wrestled to the ground and hit in the head multiple times.
The woman, identified in her own Facebook post as Emily Weinman, says she brought alcohol to the beach and is underage. She claims she passed a Breathalyzer and asked the cops to leave, telling them they had better things to do than stop people for underage drinking.
That's when the officer asked her for her name and she refused to give it or her ID.
There are reports that she kicked the officer and ran away.
The chief of Wildwood Police says the 20-year-old is facing a list of charges, including aggravated assault on a police officer.
The three police officers involved are on desk duty while the investigation continues.
