A new report has found that New Jersey has the sixth-highest rate of youth vaping in the country at 25.4%.
The only states with higher youth E-cigarette usage are Wyoming, West Virginia, Alaska, Louisiana and Montana. North Carolina, Kentucky and Oklahoma round out the Top 10.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that minors use E-cigarettes more than any other tobacco project.
