Registration begins today for New Jersey's new medical marijuana program. Garden State residents with multiple sclerosis, glaucoma or other specific ailments must be recommended by one of 150 participating doctors. The first dispensary is slated to open next month in Montclair. People who apply and get a state-issued ID card will be allowed to obtain medical marijuana. Six other dispensaries are slated to open around the state at later dates.
