The Red Bulls are starting a new season with a fresh menu for fans at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison.
Chef Maj Parvez is introducing new items, including specialty sandwiches and the Jersey Ripper, a hot dog served on a hoagie roll. He showcased the new dishes inside the stadium ahead of the team’s home opener.
Parvez says many of the creations take inspiration from the surrounding neighborhood. One example is a “Linguisa Sandwich” made with Portuguese sausage, aioli, chimichurri, caramelized peppers and onions on a sesame semolina bun.
He says the menu comes together through brainstorming with his culinary team, focusing on flavors that reflect the community and appeal to fans.
Parvez says soccer’s global influence plays a role in the offerings. He says the goal is to make fans feel included by incorporating cultural heritage into the stadium’s food options.
Another featured addition is a soccer‑ball‑shaped chicken pesto parm sandwich topped with a chicken cutlet, vodka sauce, provolone, and aioli.
The Red Bulls also revamped their concessions to make service faster so fans do not miss game action. Some items, like upgraded chicken tenders and hot dogs, are available at concession stands, while other dishes are exclusive to premium areas.
The Red Bulls play Sunday afternoon at home against Montreal.
