Randolph High School to remain open after student tests positive for COVID-19, officials say

A student at Randolph High School tested positive for COVID-19 Monday, but the school has decided not to shut its doors on the Health Department's advice, according to school officials.

A student at Randolph High School tested positive for COVID-19 Monday, but the school has decided not to shut its doors on the Health Department's advice, according to school officials.
It’s the high school's third case since classes began in September, and the fourth case overall for the school district. But it’s the first case involving a student.
Students returned to classes Tuesday.
Contact tracing is underway at the high school.
