Monday kicks off a cold and blustery start to the week as Arctic air settles through Tuesday following a weekend storm that dumped 3 to 5 inches of snow.
Windy conditions with gusts up to 30 mph will make air feel frigid for the next couple of days. Areas of black ice are possible all day Monday as any standing water is now frozen.
Temperatures slowly rebound midweek into the 40s and near 50 degrees under mostly dry conditions. Rain and wind arrive Thursday night into Friday. Current snow on the ground will melt by Wednesday or Thursday.
