The GYM Montvale held its annual push-up contest fundraiser for veterans Friday.

This year's event was in memory of Corporal Jonah Eisenstark of the US Marine Corps., who passed away in June.

The money raised from the event will go to Homes for Veterans, an organization that modifies homes for disabled veterans in order to make them handicap accessible.

Over $33,000 has been raised at the event since 2014.
