Hudson County prosecutors say a teacher's aide accused of being rough with a toddler at the Hoboken Apple Montessori School won't be indicted.
Elizabeth Gomez was caught on camera back in May roughly putting a hat on a child.
Prosecutors say they don't condone Gomez' behavior, but a grand jury decided not to indict her.
Kelli Dugan, also a teacher at the school, is accused of behaving in a similar way with another student.
Authorities say an investigation into Dugan's actions is still underway.
