Two Newark police officers are accused of burglary while on duty.

The incident happened Monday at a home on Sunset Avenue.

Prosecutors say Tiasha Wright and Bianca White responded to the house on a suspicious activity call.

While there, White allegedly took a charger and water bottles.

Prosecutors say the two officers went back to the home later and broke in. They allegedly stole a Bluetooth speaker.

Both officers are suspended without pay.
