4h agoHudson County officials have identified the victim of a deadly fire in an apartment in West New York.
Prosecutor Esther Suarez says that 55-year-old Adrian Hernandez-Bienes was found inside the bedroom of the apartment, located at 6213 Bergenline Ave., above the Harbor Fish Market.
The fire was first reported just before 5 a.m. on Sunday.
Officials say that the fire started in the bedroom, but the cause was not clear at this time.
Two other residents were able to get out of the building and were not hurt.
