Authorities in Mercer County are investigating a suspicious death in Hamilton Township.

The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office says someone reported human remains near the cemetery on Clover Avenue. Authorities say that police found a body that appeared to be severely burned.

The victim was identified as 39-year-old Lisa Lloyd, of Ewing. It was unclear how she died.

Officials say that a person of interest has been identified, but no charges have been filed.
